In Besties HQ, you are assigned to a mastermind group, which we call your “Boardroom.”
It’s like your very own board of advisors. You get your turn receiving guidance and then return the favor.
A business mastermind, traditionally (and according to Google) is a small group of entrepreneurs or leaders who meet regularly to share advice, solve problems, and hold each other accountable.

Let your best ideas come full circle. I just take a simple process and a great community.
PEER ADVISORY:
Members act as a board of directors for one another, offering honest feedback and sharing real-world experience.
HOT SEATS:
Each person shares a current challenge or goal, and the rest of the group offers solutions and ideas and gives their undivided attention for 15 minutes.
REGULAR MEETINGS:
Groups typically meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, either online or in person. Ours will meet once per month on zoom along with a regular group chat and (possibly) and optional annual in person retreat.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Members share honest struggles because private details stay within the group.

When you join HQ, you’ll be assigned to your very own “Boardroom” because we all need a panel of experts that dedicate time each month to our own biggest business questions. Your Boardroom is your mastermind group/pod.
We match Boardrooms by:
revenue stage assuming folks at similar revenue levels are facing similar challenges and have similar experiences and expertise to help one another.
service category: while we want to match service providers with service providers and thought leaders with thought leaders, we also want diversity of businesses in the room as there’s value in perspectives outside your niche industry. In other words, your Boardroom will not be a group of direct competitors.
Your Boardroom meets monthly, led by someone from our team, implementing our Profit Rx framework along with a predictable, monthly structure.

You have two points of access to your besties outside your monthly Boardroom call.

Report your revenue, expenses, profit, and progress toward your goals, a few journaling prompts, and the hot seat topic you’re bringing to your next Boardroom call.
Quarterly Review
A bigger-picture check on whether your 1-year goal, broken into quarters, is still on track — or if it needs to be recalibrated.
Annual Goal Planning
Where you revisit your 10-year vision and 3-year picture and reset your 1-year goal for the year ahead.
DO YOU HAVE TO DO THEM:
On our first launch of Besties HQ, I heard from (mostly newer business owners) “this is the exact type of accountability I need.” Simultaneously, I heard (mostly from our multi-six figure business owners) “Do I have to do this? I already review my numbers regularly and have an accountant, bookkeeper, and a CFO.”
The short answer is this:
Only the monthly profit report is required. You must do it prior to your monthly boardroom call.
If, and only if, you have your own process to track and review your finances, you may leave the reporting questions blank on your profit report and just answer the prompts that identify your question for the Boardroom that month.
The other reports are highly encouraged to get the most out of Besties HQ.
To answer the second most frequently asked question: Your profit reports are confidential. Only members of our team have access to them.

Besties HQ doesn't hand you a fixed outcome to chase. Some members are working toward their first sale. Some are trying to hit $30k. Some are already past $500k and want to build a business that actually works for their life instead of running them into the ground. You might want to increase the conversion rate of your biggest offer, find a new offer to bring in consistent monthly revenue, build out your team of employees, or find a way to work less and earn the same.
Regardless, the program adapts to YOUR goal.You just need to set one that’s measurable and trackable. And the system helps you draft your own blueprint.
